Fitzroy Falls (part of Morton National Park) is a drive of around 1.25 hours from Sanctuary Point.

There is a visitor centre there and two walking trails – one along the eastern rim of the canyon, and one along the western rim of the canyon. Both trails have various viewpoints along the way to view the falls, and there are a few other waterfalls to see as well as the main Fitzroy Falls.

We walked the Eastern Rim trail first which was around 7km return, and then the Western Rim trail which was 4km return.
