We spent some of the Easter weekend at our friends’ house in the Blue Mountains. This meant eating Colomba di Pasqua – the Easter version of Panettone – which is an Italian bread/fruitcake available in Aldi around Christmas time. It has become a bit of a tradition to eat it for us.

We also took a walk down to Point Pilcher, a nearby lookout point.
