We spent a night in a motel in Kingston as a transit stop between the north of Tasmania and Bruny Island. It was near a shopping centre so we stocked up on supplies for Bruny Island. Best of all, we discovered the Saigon Express – which had the tastiest pho (noodle soup) that we had had for a long long time.

After Bruny Island we would be staying only a 25 minute drive to Kingston, so we made a mental note, and we knew that we would be back at the Saigon Express.
