Caversham Wildlife Park, WA

Continuing the theme of taking CC’s mum to see lots of animals, we took a trip to Caversham Wildlife Park on the outskirts of Perth. The park is a specialised zoo for Australia’s native species and they have a ‘Meet the Wombat and friends’ session for one hour where you can see a lot of animals and birds up close under the supervision of the staff there.

They also have a kangaroo and wallaby enclosure where you can walk freely amongst them and feed them with some specially provided food.

It was a lot easier to see the animals up close here than it was at the zoo and CC’s mum had a great time!
